Paula Young
Founder/President
Paula Young founded Blue Mountain Energy, Inc., a certified woman-owned business in the energy sector that was recognized as one of Nevada top 100 Businesses from Diversity.com. Young has been invited to speak on numerous occasions to both government and general audiences on building a Woman Owned Business. She has extensive management expertise serving as Founder of Nevada Contractors Registry, Inc. (dba, Governet) in 1986. In this venture, she pioneered the concept of gathering and aggregating databases from multiple local and state government agencies, and then distributing them via a single point of access on a network. She was successful in creating the company’s first statewide network and database serving most of the cities, counties, and state agencies in Nevada.

Nancy Howard
Vice President of Operations
Nancy Howard has worked extensively with local governments and non-profit agencies for the past 25 years with primary responsibilities in the areas of legislative advocacy, financial accounting, administrative and business operations. Throughout her career, Howard has served in multiple capacities, including Chief Operating Officer, Assistant Executive Director, Vice President of Administrative Services and Director of Marketing and Sales. She is very knowledgeable about every facet of the Company’s business and has contributed greatly to its success.

Tommis Young
Vice President of Sales
Tommis Young has more than 40 years of experience in leading research & development; and the distribution and contracting of companies in the heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) industry. He has designed, engineered, co-developed and patented multiple products in the HVAC and Sensor industry. He has consulted with the largest global industry technology leaders of gaseous fuel and unitary heating, cooling and process equipment, where he has established and developed applications that significantly improve the energy efficiency and reduction of emissions for residential and commercial refrigeration, space conditioning, appliances, water heating, and whole building energy systems.
